Recipe no.1:


Food grade ingredients: 

Sodium Bicarbonate (12 parts), 

Calcium Chloride (2 p), 

Potassium Bicarbonate (2 p), 

Magnesium Chloride (2 p). 

To these are added: 

MSM (2 p), 

ALA (2 p), 

NAC (2 p). 

Store this mixture in a glass jar in the refrigerator. In about 500ml of water, add L-Ascorbic Acid plus the mixture indicated above: L-Ascorbic Acid (4 grams) / Mixture (2-3 grams). A pinch of unprocessed sea salt (or/and kala namak) can be added (1 gram). This amount of 500ml can be drunk during a day. 



Recipe no.2:

Sublimated sulfur (flower of sulfur) powder - 1 part; C60 powder - 1 p; Unrefined olive oil - 3 p; Honey - 1 p. Mix them in a glass jar. You can take about half a teaspoon twice a day 



Recipe no.3:

3 parts of Shilajit; one part of C60 (pure noble Shungit); 1 part Kala Namak (black salt that can be mixed with unrefined sea salt); one part of pine resin (frankincense pine resin or/and Myrrh). All ingredients are in powder form and should be strained through a sieve so that the particles are the same size.
The daily consumption would be 1 to 5 grams. If you do not have major health problems, you may not feel a big difference after taking this mixture, but only an improvement in your general condition, but those who have problems should pay attention to the amounts.



Recipe no.4:

Horseradish    50g
Sea Moss        50g
Asafoetida      50g
Myrrh             10g


All ingredients are in powder form. Mix them all in a glass jar and use them as a seasoning for cooked food or salads
